Many clinicians focus their energy on caring for their clients’ needs and challenges. This event invites clinicians to turn inward to consider how a crisis in their own lives could derail their work, their practice as a business, and their clients’ wellbeing. Join us in reflecting on the safeguards and considerations that practitioners can explore to safeguard their work and practice.

By the end of this training participants will be able to: 

1. Relay the common causes for discord between colleagues practice settings.    

2. Recite the strategies for navigating and quelling reactivity and triggered responses between colleagues.

3. Explain their thoughts and ideas for integrating prevention and repair strategies into their personal practice and settings.
